Cofco (Chengdu) Factory--Hollow molding machines and auxiliary machines

The PE production line project of COFCO (Chengdu) Factory was constructed by our company. The project started
construction in February 2025 and was successfully completed in April of the same year, achieving efficient delivery.

The core of the project focuses on the intelligent production of 4.5L/5L PE packaging bottles, providing one-stop
construction services.The main equipment configuration includes hollow molding machines, molds, leak detectors,
visual inspection machines, online weighingmachines, metal detectors, fully automatic strapping machines, conveyor
belts, as well as water, electricity, gas, and central feeding systems, etc.

After the project goes into production, the production line will operate intelligently and efficiently, with a daily production
capacity of over 20,000 bottles.It can stably output high-quality 4.5L/5L PE packaging bottles, meeting the demands of customers.
